The result is now disturligly even. Hey, now I remembered one thing. Women ALWAYS have to queue to the toilet so they'll have to take the one they get.

I'm very glad somebody finally brought up this important topic. If the toilet is empty, I usually pick a central one. If it's empty the next time, I pick the same time. If there are people there, I try to pick one where I'm least likely to impose on other's personal space, which means that if there's three urinals, and the one on the left is used, I'll take the one on the right.
Unless, there's graffiti. If there's graffiti, I try to pick a new urinal every time to be able to read as much of it as possible. This overrides all other preferences.
