Yes, of course it's OK to use the picture (let's call it public domain). I just moved my blog and lost all my templates, so the page is a little bit under construction. Hence no contact information.
Shirky's essay and Barabasi's book Linked were on my mind when I decided to plot the graph. The result is not very surprising...
