So it looks like you'll be attending Sushi Anonymous meetings. It's a tough addiction to break, it's taken me years to get to the point of being able to eat just one Dragon Roll without getting the "assorted daily selections, feeds six" and eating that. :-)

Now, with your compelling photo reportage, we know that sushi at the Tokyo fish market is excellent. How about the sushi in Helsinki? ;-)

Unfortunately, it is difficult to get fresh fish in Helsinki (except for salmon and whitefish), and thus sushi is never as good as it is in proper coastal cities. :-/
