Is this creepy commenting a Finnish phenomenon, or are international blogs affected too? (I've gathered you read those too, do correct me if I'm wrong.)

As you can see from my blogroll on the right, most of the blogs I read are international.
It is everywhere, but I see it in Finland the most.
