I know that I'm not supposed to comment on old posts, but those things you got on your plate is one of the most disgusting things I have never ever seen (some of the fingertrick pictures game pretty close though...). I truly hope you didn't eat them. I have to wonder why whole world isn't vegetarian, like me. If that was the only appearance for meat, I'm pretty sure all women would...

Actually, they were pretty decent for cafeteria meat loaf, even though the picture does not do much justice to them :-)
Sorry to disappoint you, but I am an omnivore. I eat anything that does not eat me first. I do make killer veggie fried noodles, tho' :)
(And feel free to comment on old posts; I can follow any commentary pretty well through RecentChanges.)
