Sorry
I would like to apologize to the rest of Europe for Krisse Salminen (the lady in pink). It's a joke, and a very bad joke indeed.

Oh I don't know, Terry Wogan (The UK Commentator) made light work of her here, and she was entertaining enough for the cynical 'youre all mad' view the UK takes of Eurovision. I'm just amazed yet ANOTHER year passes and I;ve picked the winner.--Ewan Spence, 13-May-2007
huh? i thought krisse was fantastic! (although as a foreigner in finland i was aware of her before but i still thought she was super funny and not even remotely embarrassing!)

Krisse was okay after the emabarrassing introduction, but the person whose idea was to bring Santa to the stage shoud be put away for life. (As should the "actor" playing Santa.)

Uh, yeah, the Santa bit was really embarrassing as well, but I think Krisse was even worse.

I cringe every time I see Krisse somewhere. I have never, ever understood what's so funny. Most of the time I wish to hit myself with something if she speaks.

Krisse was the best. The stage design was a distant second to her. Everything that makes fun of airheads wearing pink is good in my books.

Apparently one of the Serbian team guys had to push her away when she was trying to enter the frame with the winners. I only hope it was done with proper, excess application of force.

Checked from the recording: yeah, she was shoved away by one of the members of the band when they left for the arena to sing the winning song again. Ha!

I watched Eurovision for the first time online. It's not shown in the US, and all I can say is, it's nice to know disco is not dead. That was entertaining and strange. I loved it.
